Orders can be placed on our website 24/7 and our phone lines remain open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 10:00pm. Our sales & customer service team are safe and well and the team is available to continue to work safely taking and processing orders, answer any questions you may have, work with you on the best delivery options and provide more information on the many precautions we’re taking to protect your health and safety.
Here are some of the steps we are taking to protect everyone:
- In everything we do we are at all times adhering strictly to the guidance and best practices from the NHS and UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office that ensures that our products are available safely and when you want them, delivered in the safest way possible.
- We are in close contact on a daily basis with our suppliers and we are not experiencing any shortage of stock and all deliveries are continuing as usual. If anything changes we will let you know immediately.
The situation is constantly evolving, but we want to reassure you that YARD Direct is taking matters seriously, we are following guidance provided by the government, working closely with our suppliers and ensuring we do everything possible in these challenging times.
