We believe in making it as easy as possible for you to understand the final cost of your order. Thats why we offer FREE delivery on most of our products, with a few exceptions noted below.

PRODUCTS WITH DELIVERY CHARGES
- Replacement panes or any flashings & profile sets (from any brand) ordered on their own will incur a £60.00 delivery charge.
- Accessories and blinds (from any brand), when ordered separately, will incur a £6.00 delivery charge.
- Some of the large VELUX sizes in both the pitched roof and flat roof categories incur an £80.00 delivery charge due to their size and handling requirements. The following sizes are subject to this charge:

- YARDLITE has a free 3-5 working day delivery if you want next day there will be £45.00 delivery charge and we need to know before 1pm. This is dependant on stock availability, contact us to check.
- If you order a Keylite loft ladder there will be a £36.00 delivery charge with the exclusion of KYL 01, KYL 02 & KYL 05.
- Coxdome Products Incur a £36.00 delivery charge.
- Fakro Loft Ladders Incur a £43.14 delivery charge.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
- VELUX - Standard stocked sizes are 4-6 working days. Non stocked sizes lead times can vary. Please contact us for accurate lead time.
- Keylite - Standard stocked sizes are 3-5 working days. Non stocked sizes are between 10 and 20 working days.
- YARDLITE - 3-5 working days. Blinds and accessories take between 8 and 18 working days.
- Coxdome - 3-5 working days for most options, some bigger sizes can take longer contact us for more information.
- Atlas - 5-7 working days for stocked lanterns. Bespoke lanterns will take longer.
- Korniche - 3-4 weeks
- Fakro - 3-5 working days on stocked items. 25-30 working days for all nonstock items and blind. Please contact us for more details.
- Vario - 8-10 weeks from point of order. Delivery charges will apply, contact us for more details.
Please note: All delivery times provided are estimated and may be subject to change based on manufacturer's stock availability. We stronly advise you do not schedule the installer until your order has been delivered and checked. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms. We are unable to offer compensation for any delays in delivery.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
- Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided, and a signature will be required to confirm receipt. The signatory must be 18 years of age or older.
- If any items are missing from your delivery, this must be noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of receipt and reported to us immediately. Failure to do so may result in a chargeable re-order.
- If no one is present at the time of delivery, goods will not be delivered unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. If you are unable to be at the delivery address on the specified date, please notify us as early as possible. Failure to do so may result in an additional delivery charge.
- Please inform us of any access restrictions for large vehicles or HGV's at your delivery location. If access is not possible and we have not been advised in advance, this may cause delays and incur an additional redelivery charge.
- Finally, please ensure you have sufficient help on site to move the goods into a safe and dry area, as the courier is only contracted to deliver to the kerbside nearest your property.
INSPECTING GOODS ON DELIVERY
We strongly advise you to inspect all goods carefully before signing for delivery, especially boxed items containing windows with glazed units. While damage is rare, it can occur during transit.
If you discover that a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you must sign the delivery note as "Damaged" and contact us as soon as possible.
If damage is discovered after signing for the goods in good condition, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us. No exchanges can be made after this period.
Please note:
- Items signed for as "Unchecked" will be considered received in good condition.
- It is essential that all goods are inspected for damage prior to installation.
- Damaged items that have been installed will not be replaced, and no compensation will be offered for the installation of damaged goods.
- Compensation will also not be offered if a damaged product causes a delay to scheduled work. As long as the damage is reported within the timescales stated above, we will arrange for a replacement product or the necessary parts to be sent out as soon as possible to help minimise any disruption to your project.
