What counts as a working day?

Monday to Friday. Bank holidays can shift the timing, so ring us on 01786 357252 if you are ordering close to one and we will confirm your date.

What happens if I miss the 1pm cut-off?

Nothing goes wrong. Your delivery day moves to the next working day. Order at 11:50 on a Tuesday and it lands on Wednesday; order at 12:10 and it lands on Thursday.

Does the window come with a flashing?

On the product page there is an option to select a flashing. As long as you select a flashing at this stage, the window will come with a flashing. If you select the option "Continue without adding" then no flashing will be supplied.

How do I know which day it will arrive?

The date on your order confirmation is the one that applies. If you are working to a deadline, call us before you order and we will confirm it.

What if the window I need is not next-day?

Then it is not in stock here, and we would rather tell you now than take the order and miss your date. Browse the full roof window range, or ring us before you order.
