What does "10% of the difference" mean?

We do not just match the price. We aim to beat it by 10% of the absolute price difference. For example, if our price is £100 and you find the identical item for £90, the difference is £10. We will match the £90 and deduct an extra 10% of that £10 difference (which is £1.00), bringing your final YARD Direct price to £89.00.

Which retailers will you price beat against?

We match against any legitimate, registered VAT-paying merchant or dealer operating in the United Kingdom. We do not price match against auction platforms (such as eBay), private sellers, marketplace listings (such as Amazon third-party sellers), or non-UK websites.

What are the main terms and conditions of the offer?
  • The price beat calculation includes the competitor's delivery/shipping cost.
  • The product on the competitor's site must be brand new, boxed, and identical in brand, model, and specification.
  • The item must currently be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within the same time frame as our offer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a price beat in the event of an obvious competitor pricing error, or if they are clearing stock below actual manufacturing cost.
