The Top-Hung upper element and side hung lower element combine to produce a doorway to the outside terrace which has a right hand outward opening. All other upper elements are Top-Hung whilst the vertical elements are fixed. This VELUX Roof Terrace comes with 73 glazing which is double glazed with a toughened outer pane and a laminated inner pane which means in the unlikely event that the glass breaks it won’t shatter. A Clear and Clean coating completes the toughened outer pane which keeps the glazing cleaner for longer and the upper Top-Hung windows can rotate 180 degrees for easy cleaning of the outer panes.
