The ventilation flap allows you to ventilate the room even when the window is closed. Due to the new ThermoTechnology the Centre-Pivot Roof Windows obtain a sufficiently low U-Value and an excellent energy efficiency. Click on covers make the installation of the window easy, fast and safe. Pre-installed PICK&CLICK brackets allow safe and simple installation of VELUX blinds. This window is suitable for roof pitches between 15°-90°.

Top-Hung White Roof Window

The VELUX Top-Hung Roof Window is designed to open outwards for an unobstructed view and feeling of extra space. The window opens to 45° which makes it also ideal as an emergency exit in the larger sizes. For easy cleaning of the outside pane, the barrel bolt locks the roof window in a 180° position; now both hands are free to clean the fixed pane. The ventilation flap allows you to ventilate the room even when the window is closed. Due to the new ThermoTechnology the Top-Hung Roof Windows obtain a sufficiently low U-Value and an excellent energy efficiency. Click on covers make the installation of the window easy, fast and safe. Pre-installed PICK&CLICK brackets allow safe and simple installation of VELUX blinds. This window is suitable for roof pitches between 15°-55°.

Electric and Solar Powered White Roof Windows

Electric and Solar Powered Roof Windows are ideal for out-of-reach situations and for adding that extra level of comfort. The motor is fully integrated and runs almost without a sound. The window is controlled by the new VELUX INTEGRA control pad with touch screen and swipe function which uses icons for easy and intuitive control. Furthermore the remote allows you to operate individual or groups of roof windows, blinds and roller shutters from anywhere in the building. With the Electric and Solar Powered Roof Windows you’ll get all the advantages of our Centre-Pivot and Top- Hung Roof Windows, plus a built-in motor that opens and closes the window – operated automatically by a rain sensor (solar) or manually by a wireless remote control (electric).
