- Plain Tiles 15mm thick (EDP)
- Slate 8mm thick (EDL)
- Uncertain on flashings you need – use this guide to help you find out or contact us.
The VELUX Top-Hung roof window in white painted pine creates a modern looking window.
Bright, crisp, and clean, with this white painted finish the wood is protected from dirt and moisture, allowing for lower maintenance than a pine finish window. Hinged from the top of the window it opens outwards to a maximum angle of 45º and not only offers a sense of extra space, you also have an unobstructed, panoramic views.
These handy windows are hassle free as they feature the ability to rotate in a 180º position, allowing for easy cleaning from the inside. The ventilation flap means the room can be ventilated even when the window is closed. The new VELUX ThermoTechnology™ means these roof windows have a low U-Value of 1.3 W/m²K and a high performing energy efficiency
These VELUX roof windows come with the usual VELUX 10-year guarantee and are quick, easy and safe to install, and are suitable for roof pitches between 15º and 55º. This roof window can also perform as a recognised and approved fire escape.
PLEASE NOTE: Sizes CK06 and above are approved fire escapes, not the CK04.
